5 years of research experience in the area of nutraceuticals and medicinal properties of different spices and cereal grain. Worked on different phytochemicals and advanced antioxidant assays of different pigmented rices. Handling experiences in sophisticated instruments with related to research field, experienced in product development methodology and its storage studies, various biochemical aspects of different spices, primary cell culture methodology to evaluate high density lipoprotein function in monocyte cell culture,in vivo experiment on impact of carbon tetrachloride on liver function. Areas of research interest are role of phytochemicals in different lifestyle diseases. Presently working as Scientist, Phytochemistry division and engaged on chemical profiling of different medicinal plants
