The requisition forms must be signed by concerned officials and submitted along with samplesin person or by mail/ post/ courier.
The payment should be made against invoice after receiving the sample for analysis and the analysis report will be sent after full payment
In all correspondence, the envelope should be superscripted in bold letters as CMPR-AIF.
Samples received in good condition only will be analysed and will be intimated to the applicant if they are to be replaced.
CMPR-AIF will not supply any software copies for offline analysis.
The rates of analysis are subject to revision from time to time.
This facility does not include any sort of training to user.
The user coming under category-I should submit a letter of recommendation from supervising teacher/Head of the department/ Head of the institution along with the requisition form.
Time needed for analysis will depend on the number of samples and complexity of the species analysed.
Quality of images of microscopic images may depend on the quality of samples provided. Images of raw materials will be having less clarity when compared to fresh samples.
