Short term training Program

CMPR permits Students from various academic institutions to carry out  training programmes for a minimum period of 10 -15 Days and maximum 6 months in various disciplines like Plant tissue culture, Molecular biology, Crop improvement, Anatomy and Phytochemistry.

 

Voluntary training programme

CMPR offers voluntary training programme in Pharmacognosy/Plant Tissue Culture/ Molecular Biology/ Phytochemistry to enable interested students to work with CMPR faculty, for minimum 6 months to maximum 1 year after completing their Post-graduation. For more details click here

 

PG Projects

CMPR permits students from various academic institutions at the M. Sc and M. Phil level to carry out dissertation and project work in various disciplines.

Eligibility

Students who have secured >60% marks in just previous examination (2nd / 3rd semester in semester system or 1st year in annual system) are eligible for M.Sc. project work and those who have first class M. Sc. degree are eligible for M. Phil project work.

Selection criteria

Based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination and the area of interest subject to the number of vacancies available with each scientist. Allotment to individual scientists will therefore depend on their consent and vacancies available with them.

How to Apply

Candidates possessing eligibility may send their application in the prescribed format (available under ‘Downloads’) to the Project Director, through the Head of the Department or Principal of the college along with attested copies of marks list, clearly indicating the subject and period of the training required. Applications can be submitted by E-mail either as a scanned copy to trainingcmpr@gmail.com or by post to the Project Director. Last date for receipt of application is 30th November (for project to be carried out during April-June) and 30th October (for project to be carried out during January-March) of every year.
