  • The requisition forms must be signed by concerned officials and submitted in person during sample analysis or sent before analysis by mail/ post/ courier along with the cheque/ Demand Draft drawn in favour of Arya Vaidya Sala payable at Kottakkal for the amount calculated as per user charges given above for all samples/ analysis.
  • In all correspondence, the envelope should be superscripted in bold letters as CMPR-AIF.
  • Samples received in good condition only will be analysed and will be intimated to the applicant if they are to be replaced.
  • CMPR-AIF will not supply any software copies for offline analysis.
  • The above rates are subject to revision from time to time.
  • This facility does not include any sort of training to user.
  • The user coming under category-I should submit a letter of recommendation from supervising teacher/Head of the department/ Head of the institution along with the requisition form.
  • Time needed for analysis will depend on the number of samples and complexity of the species analysed.
  • Full experimental details and protocols will be provided with the final result.
